Christmas time and the holiday season can be a tough time of year to keep fit. With limited time, lots of distractions and, for many of us, some non-optional non-cycling time, it can be hard to continue training.

But, we think, why not use all of that to your advantage? There are plenty of ways that you can use days off, being in a different location, and, possibly having a few more days to train… Here are just five.
